A long, long time ago,
I can still remember how Satori really made me smile.
And I knew if I had my chance, then I could make those campers
glance,
and maybe they'd remember me for a while.
But Tawanka food sure made me shiver, with every meal they did
deliver
bad thoughts of E. Coli. What if we should all die?
I can't remember if
I cried,
when parents came we tried to hide,
'cause something touched us deep inside,
the day we said goodbye....
So Ooh, Ooh Little Bunny Foo Foo,
left my swimsuit and my towel, had to sing about you.
And all those kids just cheering me on, saying,
"Miss you when the camp week is gone,
yeah, miss you when the camp week is gone."
Did you write that article, the one about the
seagull, if the Harold tells you so.
And do you believe in Tyler B., can Salsa change the way you see,
and can you teach me how to swing to the beat?
Well I know that we can dance and move,
cuz last night we got in the groove.
We all kicked off our shoes. Mike and Chris were in the news!
I was a friendly girl who had to go
when I learned of camp from my older bro,
and I'll be back next year, I know,
since the day we said goodbye. I'll come back singing,
So Ooh, Ooh Little Bunny Foo Foo,
left my swimsuit and my towel, had to sing about you.
And all those kids just cheering me on, saying,
"Miss you when the camp week is gone,
yeah, miss you when the camp week is gone."
Now for six days we've been having fun,
Capture the Flag really made us run,
and that's how it'll always be.
When B.J. showed us how to play at Skit night, on Tuesday, he
held up stuff we'd left at the Phase!
Oh and when we went to get our things,
in front of all they made us sing,
our voices in the room did ring.
And now we think back to that song, it really
wasn't very long,
and when we leave we'll try to be strong, the day, we say, goodbye.
And now I'm singing,
So Ooh, Ooh Little Bunny Foo Foo,
left my swimsuit and my towel, had to sing about you.
And all those kids just cheering me on, saying,
"Miss you when the camp week is gone,
yeah, miss you when the camp week is gone."
Helter skelter in a summer swelter,
we all swam under the shelter of the Phase's swimming room.
Thoughts of classes still do loom,
in our minds as home we zoom and memories recall the boom.
As summer break begins to end, think of each
other now and then,
by next year we hope Bob'll mend! It's time, to say, goodbye.
I'll still be singing,
So Ooh, Ooh Little Bunny Foo Foo,
left my swimsuit and my towel, had to sing about you.
And all those kids just cheering me on, saying,
"Miss you when the camp week is gone,
yeah, miss you when the camp week is gone."
