Yesterday we had the Medieval Feast. About two thirds of the students dressed up, including Mike. In fact, yesterday was his and Chris' birthday. We followed true Medieval protocol, such not sitting down until the King sat (the King was King Michael, the Mighty).

The meal truly was a feast, with choice of Ham or Ribs,then veggies, bread, soup, and strawberry tarts. After feasting, it was time for speeches, and in Mike's case, present opening.

After that, it was time to dance. First, we all got in a circle and did a dancey thingy. Then, we picked partners, and did a medieval line dance. It was so fun! Then everyone did a fast, "passionate", Russian dance called a Karabooshka. After dancing, it was time to go back to the dorms.
