Tired and with a slight misunderstanding
amongst some campers about the actual time of breakfast on Tuesday
morning (7:00 or 7:30?), campers started trudging into breakfast.
They came to find a nutritious and delicious breakfast. Here is
a breakdown of what was served, forgive me if I exclude anything!
Pancakes (plus syrup if you wanted
it)
Sausages
Choice of fruit
Select cereals
Orange juice
Leftover dessert from Monday night
Water or Milk or Pop (but who would
drink pop [or "soda"] with breakfast???)
At various tables the conversations
were different, if there was ANY conversation with the sleepy
people. Grace Chapin, conducting various tests to prove the absorbency
of her pancake said, "They clean up spills and messes...
they're like edible paper towels." Another thing discussed
was a comparison of today's breakfast sausages vs. yesterday's
sausages. Jeri Kopet said after finishing hers, "It wasn't
as oily and thick."
Don't get the wrong idea here, we appreciate
and love the food that the friendly food staff supply. However,
this is a report of the breakfast!
