Seen:
Christina Aguilera, making a special appearance at Skit Night,
gave everyone participating a special "Genie in a Bottle"
performance. Somehow, most campers have decided they DON'T want
to repeat that experience...
As all normal Satorians were asleep in their *cough* comfortable
beds, two mysterious figures were seen lurking in the 5th floor
lobby early this morning. Later, as Mike returned from his morning
run, he found "MIKE IS OLD! 51!" written in black crepe
paper, proclaiming his 51st birthday in the same area. Coincidence?
Yeah, pretty much. I believe that Courtney Drake and yours truly
(Grace Chapin) are to blame.
A "physical Satori" was witnessed last night. As we
all know, Mike has always had lightbulbs glowing from his head.
However, nobody really knew that his head would make lightbulbs
glow. After running in to one of the absurdly placed indoor lamp-posts
in the PUB, Mike managed to turn it on using only the power produced
by his ever-going brain.
Robbie Finnigan's stuff. Everywhere. They really should have
an award for you, dude.
Heard:
"It tastes better on the way up!" a camper said, referring
to the omelette-cereal-coffee-salt-pepper-potato-doughnut-juice
and water mush that she/he had "made" (not barfed) out
of their lovely, yummy breakfast.
Madeleine saying "Satori!" for the first time... I
think her environment is starting to sink in.
Lots of great music, performed (in no specific order) by Michaela
Alden, Wes Walker, and Chelsea Stern.
